I understand that I am enrolling for classes for the complete fall session, and that this is NOT a month-to-month plan. Four charges will be taken out of this card on TODAY (discounted for missed weeks), and then on September 15th, October 15th, and November 15th. If my child does not attend classes, I will still be charged these four installments. THERE IS A REFUND OPTION AFTER THE FIRST CLASS ONLY, If my child does not want to continue for any reason.

45 minute CLASSES WILL BE 4 PAYMENTS OF $75, first payment discounted for missed weeks

TEAMS WILL BE 4 PAYMENTS OF $100, first payment discounted for missed weeks

25% discount will be applied for 2nd child
