  • My child is 5 years old, should they be in Level 1 or Gym-Mites??
This is a great question, and is certainly depends on the specific child. THE BEST WAY to approach this is to sign your child up for Gym-Mites first (3-5 year olds) and let our staff evaluate their ability. After the first class, we will advise you about what level is more appropriate.

  • Can the PARENTS stay and WATCH class?
Starting in the FALL of 2023, we are going to DISCOURAGE parents to stay. We found that parents (and other siblings) are a DISTRACTION to students during class. There is an outdoor seating area that is location on main street in our parking lott. If you have a young student who is in need of your being present during class, then we will understand your being there. Otherwise, plan to drop off, and pick-up your student each week.
